On Saturday, October 6. the Lady Bucks will be hosting North Valleys when they play their annual Pink Game to support local people and their fight against cancer.
“The girls will be playing for Cassandra Upton this year and have been planning some great things,” said, coach Jen Partee via email. “The girls have made ribbons which are available (for donation) at Java Town, Enchanted Moon and at the game. There will be a donation jar and some snacks for sale at the game as well.”
In addition to the ribbons, shirts will be available for purchase for $20.
According to coach Partee there will be a half-time presentation of the pink ball to Cassandra at the varsity game. They encourage everyone to come out and wear pink and have fun.
The games against North Valleys will be at 10 a.m. and 12 p.m.
